Accessing the apartment was very well explained and organised. Everything was clean and tidy and the apartment was well equipped.

The cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities were very good. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa seats were a little too deep making it necessary to use cushions for good back support. Giovanni's thorough explanation of how to find the right apartment, his use of photographs to highlight specific details of getting into the apartment were very clear and much appreciated.
