It's very near the city center. The room is very clean. The host is really nice and warm-welcomed.

Super apartment, well equipped kitchen, big balcony perfect for breakfast and coffee and dinner as well (with view on Nice streets). There is close to bakery and Intermarche, but it is cheaper in Aldi. About 10 minutes walk to beautiful old town and also even faster to promenade. Everything clean, TV with all of the channels, coach and wide bed. John is very nice and helpful. We are glad we met Him.

Felt so welcome at this beautiful place! Such a comfortable property in a perfect location, walking/short tram distance to everything we wanted to see. John was so lovely and respectful, and provided all the little things that made the stay extra special- like tea and coffee! Would definitely recommend.
