The host, Sophie, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a lovely building which is just across the road from the railway station, which was perfect for me.

Proximity to Nice ville station. Good layout. Very comfortable and large bed. Very quiet and clean. Near several supermarkets. Several small extras. Sophie was very welcoming.

The owner Sophie is superb - friendly, communicative, professional. Very responsive to messages. She assisted in changing my dates due to family issue and I had to leave earlier than planned. The apartment is in an excellent location if you need to use the train station which i did throughout my stay. It is literally less than 1minute walk! Inside the apartment it feels safe secure door locks. No noisy neighbours thankfully. Brilliant large bathroom, great lighting, extremely clean, no mould, good storage, washing machine Very useful that I used. HOT WATER pressure. Excellent large kitchen with great facilities. Lovely cosy lounge with comfortable seating and good tv - NetflixPrime video etc WIFI excellent. Large specious separate Bedroom with wardrobe desk chair, nice bedside table and lamps, all great Bedroom furniture. Excellent AC. Great lift access to 4th floor. It was a great stay and I highly recommend. I might return next year!
