Casa d’Alma in Nice is simply wonderful!! Location is unbeatable, right in the centre, close to everything you could possibly need (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, train station, tram, all just a stone throw away), yet in a quiet street that makes it incredibly peaceful at night, especially if you are travelling with children. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully maintained and full of thoughtful touches. The owner has thought of everything you need from salt, pepper and oil to cleaning supplies and even coffee ready for you to use (we replaced everything to make sure other guests had a similar experience). A small but brilliant detail: they left some coffee capsules so guests know exactly which ones to buy, so make sure to take a photo before heading to the shop, as we forgot and got the wrong ones at first! The coffee machine is eco-friendly too, using paper capsules instead of plastic, which is a great idea (and the brand recommended is superb!! strong coffee, and spot on for us as Italian & Spanish Spain couple with children). Communication was excellent, very friendly and fast responses, absolutely brilliant!!. Getting the keys was super easy thanks to the lock box right outside, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Honestly, this place is a gem. Perfect for families, quiet, comfortable and incredibly well located. We would book it again without hesitation. 100% recommended! A+++++
