The property is very close to the old city center of Nice and the port. The area is safe and there are markets and a shopping mall nearby. Communication with the host is problem-free. The balcony is ideal for breakfast or a drink. I definetely recommend.

Nice apt in Nice ! Well located near train station and bus stations to reach all Riviera.s resorts in short time. Walking distances from old Nice, port carrefour , plenty of shops and restaurants arround. Special note for vietnamese one across the street. ! Confortable even for 4 people , all goods as per pictures. Good price/ quality and expectations. Nice balcony for morning coffee ! Highly recomended !

It was closed to the train station and not too far to the sightseeing. The apartment has 2 air conditioners and everything you need. The balcony is nice
