The location was perfect (can't get better) to all places within Nice. The tram stops are extremely close giving you very easy access to everything (airport, train station, shopping areas). The flat has an excellently equipped kitchen (unlike a lot of flats in France), with a good sized fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner induction hob and fan oven. The double bed was comfortable and the living/dinning area a good size. The bathroom was large, functionable but a bit dated. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area made the stay extremely pleasant as it was hot when we were there. Only a view of the other flats in the area, but opening the doors of the balconies allowed a nice natural breeze to enter when the air conditioning isn't on. Loads of small bits of equipment (such as beach parasols) have been included which made the stay nicer, if a couple of folding chairs were also provided for sitting on the beach that would be perfect, but that's just an incidental! Summary-it's a nice flat in an old block, comfortable, clean, great location with good facilities but not uber modern. Due to the only location were the lift could be fitted, it's rather small, maximum of only 3 persons (225kg load) - 2 chunky people with luggage at best! The owner was extremely helpful and on hand whenever required.

The host was amazing at accomodating our early check in and late check outs which helped us maximise our travel days. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need for a lovely stay
