Location was perfect to visit Nice and a short walk to the train station. The property had character and we enjoyed the terrace. The apartment had all the facilities needed for a long stay. The host Delphine was very helpful and provided all the information needed to explore the city and beyond. A great stay!

Our host Delphine is great! She provided really valuable information and tips in advance. As we planned to visit several places in Riviera, it was really beneficial to follow her advice on purchasing the 7 day Sud Azur travel pass (which we also used for the tram transfer from the airport to the city center). Overall, there was plenty of communication and Delphine always replied quickly. The location is 10+ No matter whether you want to go for coffee, shopping or have a meal in the old town, go to beach or train station - everything is conveniently within walking distance. Also the neighborhood itself is lovely. You are in the heart of the city but when you close the windows, there is hardly any noise so you will get night's sleep. There is a small elevator in the building which is nice as the flat is in the 4th floor. Check in process was also very smooth! Also, there is a washing machine available which is mentioned but not shown on the pics. We did not cook in the flat but there seem to be plenty of utensils etc available.

We loved our stay at Appartement Masséna, & in the beautiful city of Nice and the surrounding region. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, set in quite a charming building. It has nice, old-style windows/blinds, giving access to an outside seating area. The kitchen area is well equipped, the bed/bedroom nice & comfortable, and the bathroom’s nice with a good shower. This apartment is, we think, perfectly located: minutes from two tram lines, the main city/shopping area, and between 5-15mins from the main train station, the beach/the prom/Vieux Nice. There’s a well stocked midsize supermarket just around the corner and numerous/various eating and drinking establishments all around. We quickly felt quite at home. Delphine the owner was kind and helpful, both a bit in advance of our stay and during it. She texted/popped by as we were around to say hello and check all was going well, offering some welcome tips. Thank you
