Cosy apartment with everything you need for a family stay. Close to the promenade, close to the tram station. Lots of stores and restaurants around, also not far from the city center. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Thanks to Vicent again for waiting for us till late hours!

The host was a lovely lady and quite accomodating. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures, comfortable and clean. There is a washing machine, microwave, fridge and two-plate stove and a coffee machine. The location is amazing, we spent the whole week walking around Nice with ease. Good food options and shopping places are located all over the neighbourhood and there are good transport connections too. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. I would suggest more small bowls and dish towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to go back.

Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .
