Our room was well sized, and comfortable with all the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet tasted good and varied slightly from day to day. Especially handy was secure on-site parking and location. From the hotel we could easily walk to all falls sights/viewpoints on both sides of the border. One stand out aspect was the staff. We stayed at the hotel during a road trip across the north east of the US, and the staff here were by far the friendliest!

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful and kind. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The location was great, about 30 minutes to the Niagara Falls by foot. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby too. The bed was very comfortable. A refrigerator served for our comfort. Breakfast was nice, hot options (omelet, sausage etc.) as well as self-made gofri and yoghurt. I loved the private parking space.
