We liked the fact that it was pretty close to Niagara Falls. Just walking distance. + unlimited coffee was a nice thing to have!

Staff at the reception on the first day of check in was impolite and not very forthcoming. For balance days, the staff was good. Breakfast was a sore point with very less choices and longer replenishment times.

Fairly good facilities were offered and the best thing is the location of the hotel close to the falls.
