Utterly astonishing uninterrupted views of the falls from on high, as might be expected from a hotel situated in what was once the original viewing tower for the falls (and thus in the number one location beside the horseshoe falls). Further, the staff were friendly and efficient and the room very clean. If you can afford their best falls-facing rooms, this hotel will create a life-long wow memory. The pictures/videos provided on the hotel’s website are a very realistic and honest representation.

Great location. Very clean due to great cleaners. Lovely, comfortable bed and linen. The bathroom was also great.

The location is near the falls itself. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The penthouse suites use a manual elevator after the 28th floor; initially, I thought it was a hassle, but eventually, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, they provide a voucher for discounts at various establishments around town. The bathroom space is small but quite cozy.
