I came for one day to celebrate my twin sons' birthday. It was a wonderful day. The location was excellent and the room was great except that I saw an unclean place between the bed, but the bathrooms were very clean... I wonder why we couldn't use the pool and sauna just because we booked Arafa for three people. They could have at least made it a birthday gift for the twins after a long walk in the area. However, it was an excellent stay and I will definitely come again.

We arrived to be told there were plumbing issues, so we had been transferred to another hotel. Unable to comment on facilities or hotel as did not stay. The cost of the other hotel was covered by Oakes. The hotel we did stay in was lovely.
