We requested that both rooms was on the same level and one of the rooms had a very nice view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to and close to main attractions. The staff were kind and helpful.

Decent sized room with good views of Niagara's Horseshoe Falls if you're facing it, and you're high enough (I was on the 15th floor). Room is a little dated with some material and appliance wear and tear, but were all still working well. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeepers. It is also a short walk (5 minutes) from the Niagara Incline Railway, a short ride of 2-3 minutes which takes you directly to Table Rock Centre and the viewing deck of Horseshoe Falls. As an alternative, the WeGo bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Decent eateries around as well.
