We spent 77 nights at Sochi hotel and can not praise enough the staff working there, they are all wonderful friendly people who will go out of their way to help you. The hotel itself has all the standard features of a 4 stars hotel including a plenfiful breakfast with both Vietnamese and Western style foods (cornflakes, baguette and white sliced bread, orange Juice, tea and coffee etc). Rooms are large enough with kettle and mini fridge and there is also a large TV with 815 channels (including France 24 in both French and English languages as well as ABC Australian Broadcasting Corporation) Rooms are cleaned daily without fail and cleaning staff and technician are all great people)

Very nice hotel with marble tiles and 24/7 reception desk. Large enough double bed in front of LDC TV with 815 channels ! Mini fridge and kettle are there. 2 mini bottles of water are supplied daily when the cleaning team does the room. Huge buffet breakfast offering both Vietnamese and Western styles foods. The staff are truly top notch, always helpful and smiling making you welcome indeed. Truly worth 5 stars rating

- They had a gym, although the equipment needed maintaining. - Location was okay, but still 15min walk to the nicer restaurants. - AC was powerful

Staff are incredibly helpful and always smiling, rooms are just the right size, AC working fine, cleaning team doing the rooms every morning. Buffet breakfast is great.
