I liked the speed of the elevators, the location, the views, the professional, helpful and friendly staff, the rooms, the quality of the room cleaning, the buffet breakfast.

Great location to explore the beach and famous spots in Nha Trang. The receptionist, Ms. Kieu, welcomed us warmly and helped us find transportation and a lovely room with a nice view for my birthday vacation. The security guard and the pool lifeguard were both super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious — I especially loved the sticky rice and Pho Bo! Had a great time here with my best friends. Thanks to the Mercure team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is newly renovated and very modern, comfortable and many facilities I like especially the pool on 21st. Floor. The breakfast has a wide selection and good quality. it is close to a lot of nice restaurants nearby and convenience shops. The beach is in front of the hotel across the street. Everything is very convenient and the staff is always very friendly and very helpful. The service here is excellent!
