Osprey Cottage had everything we needed for a lovely 7 night stay. The open fire, well-equipped kitchen (which was spotlessly clean) and comfy bed made for a great stay. Despite there not being an oven in any of the pictures, there is an halogen cooker in the cupboard and the microwave is a combo-grill. There really is everything you need here, with a fantastic view from across the valley to enjoy, too!

It’s in a rural area and I woke up to the sound of cows ! It’s nice and private which is what I wanted as I needed to get away from it all . Very cosy and peaceful.

The property was difficult to find with just the postcode. The keys were in the door on arrival. We thought the road might be noisy but it wasn’t. The view is stunning and the location is great for visiting different places North and South. Definitely value for money

The cottage was amazing, in the middle of nowhere, with sheep as neighbours. Loved the history to it, great place to stay.
