The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and cook a lovely full Scottish breakfast. The location is great, very close to the main highstreet. The room was small but comfortable and had everything you could need for a short stay. It was really good value for money.

Access, parking and location were really good, quiet but close to the centre and the event we were attending. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, one of the owners and shown to our room. Everything was spotless and clean. Breakfast was excellent along with the service by Ann and Gordon on different days. They were both kind, helpful, interesting and professional ,and despite their personal tragedy on Sunday, Monday breakfast was prepared and served as normal. A fan was provided for what proved to be an amazingly hot weekend and the bottled water in the entrance was a nice thoughtful touch. It was, despite the size of the room a fantastic stay and we would happily make a return visit. Many thanks to our hosts Anne and Gordon.
