Please note that check-in is from 16:00 - 20:00 and check-out is until 10:00, situated 200 yards up the road. You will not be able to check in without this confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation from Tregurrian Villas please contact the property immediately.If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can use the check-in machine.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please note all the villas are entirely non-smoking.Please note that all villas contain stairs and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask the property.For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Fantastic location a stone’s throw from the gorgeous Watergate Bay and a great base for exploring beyond; very spacious, comfortable, clean property - a true home from home; dog friendly which was essential for us; detached property - so nice to be able to self cater and have own space (as opposed to many hotels locally); 2 bedrooms (plus sofa bed option if required, so sleeps up to 6 people); 2 modern bathrooms - both with showers and one with a large bathtub (I hadn’t expected the second bathroom which is a useful addition for multiple people). Felt very safe and happy staying here for a week, mainly as a solo female with her dog, but great to also be able to host a friend for part of our stay. Attentive staff and good communication (albeit little need for contact because everything was so well organised by them etc.). We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend accordingly. Thank you so much for a beautiful break.
