Clean and cozy hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good Wi-Fi. Kettle and fridge in the room, quick check-in. Quiet at night, comfortable for sleeping.

Good location, close to all I wanted. The room was a good size with a clean bathroom. surprised i had a fridge good for leftovers

Great hotel for a quiet stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, fresh linens. Peaceful in the evenings — good for sleeping. Friendly staff, quick responses. All essentials provided: kettle, hairdryer, solid Wi-Fi. Convenient location near bus stops and shops.

Room was perfectly clean and tidy, shower was superb. Easy to get in and out and we were lucky enough to park along the next road. Easy walking distance to Newquay shops and beaches.
