Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested.The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four persons.Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation.Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights.Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor.Please note reception is closed at 21:00. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date.The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests, however, it can be difficult to organise cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient.Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly.Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park.Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities, devices with large lithium batteries or portable fridges (coolers) are permitted in any of the guest rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location was very good, short walk to the town and the beautiful beaches. The breakfast was great, the room clean and a comfortable bed. The parking was especially appreciated.

Lovely stay over 5 nights, parking was easy and kept the car there all week as everything was walking distance (town, beaches, shops, pubs etc just down the hill.. prepare for the uphill walk back as its on the steep side). Breakfast was lovely and made to order each morning with a decent selection on offer plus cereal, fruit, yoghurts, juices etc. Owners were friendly and gave some good suggestions of where to visit whilst there. Partner found the bed on the uncomfortable side however I slept fine, so personal preference I'd say. A fan was also available in the room which was handy as it was on the warm side during our visit. All in all a lovely stay

Had the most comfortable stay,Sasha is the most amazing&hospitable host checking to ensure you are ok.The place was spotless clean&convenient location to almost everything beaches,shops,bus,town.Kevin ensured breakfast was timely&heartly prepared.I will 💯recommend Trelinda.

Due to having to leave as breakfast was served, I was given a bacon sandwich to take with me and a coffee. Staff were accommodating. It’s easy to walk Sainsbury’s and the sea.
