Plenty of food in the room and for breakfast , and a sun room seating area , in fact it was like a little studio flat .

The breakfast was very good with so many choices, and although the accommodation is just off a busy road, there was no traffic noise to disturb. Also Barbara was really welcoming.

Every aspect was just about perfect! Very experienced host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was served in the room and was the best! We enjoyed dinner in the room and it was perfect. Everything done to the highest standards, no wonder there is so much repeat business to this lovely smallholding property.
