rooms do not generally have windows that open to allow fresh air flow which is not good, only options to overcome this are apartments on ground floor which have doors that open. Small children have access to a busy road so caution is needed

We loved the studio apartment. Perfect for our self-catered mini break. We also made the most of the beautiful art deco pool, hot tub as well as the gym. A very cool, practical vibe suitable for couples, as well as families.

The aesthetic and the finish of this place is unreal! Sea Space welcomed our dog. The vibe is so chilled it makes it feel like the place is all yours - it isn’t one of those fussy pretentious places. Loved the room and the kitchenette, loved the cafe, loved the pool, absolutely loved Tallo the Italian restaurant, loved the fact you are located right on the coast path. We walked with our dog to Porth and on to Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne beaches you probably wouldn’t consider but amazing little coves. Day 2 we walked the coast path to Watergate Bay and on to Mawgan Porth. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a while - located brilliantly - really hope it stays modestly priced, conscious that was so well valued because it’s so new!

Everything was exceptional. We stayed there while one person was remote working, and it was a great space to do this - between the sea views in the apartment and the cafe, there are plenty of places on-site for a week's work. The pool was exceptionally lovely, gym had great facilities, and the whole place didn't feel too crowded. It's also perfectly located - out of town (so it's not busy) but very close to a lovely beach and coastal walks. Very clean. Staff wonderful. Parking great. Plenty of EV chargers. Shampoo and shower gels provided were lovely!

Loved the facilities so much. Travelled with a 2 and a 4 year old and the maze, pool, playgrounds, games room and general location with the footpath to both Porth and Watergate Bay beaches were incredible, I’d return in a heartbeat. Restaurants really lovely too, although London prices! Clean, beautiful design and friendly place.

Couldn’t fault the stay. Room was super. The milk in the fridge was a fabulous touch. Facilities were fantastic, and the cafe and restaurant were super handy and the food delicious.
