We had a wonderful stay in Newquay and would highly recommend this place. Will, one of the hosts, kindly agreed to meet us even after check-in hours to hand over the keys, which we really appreciated after a long journey. That level of flexibility and care made a great first impression. The location is truly exceptional — the beach is literally on the doorstep, and the views are just stunning. Waking up to the sound of the sea and being able to step straight onto the beach made the whole experience feel very special. Thank you again for a lovely stay — we would be very happy to return!

The view was absolutely spectacular!!. All the facilities needed. Bus stop practically outside to town centre. Just a step away from Porth Beach. A each store on the ground floor to the apartments with everything you can think of free to use. We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Will definitely return.

Amazing view of Porth beach from the corner sofa, and the balcony. Parking outside the building was so convenient. Friendly welcome from owners and great communication from them prior to arrival with all the information we would need. Lovely quiet side of Newquay, easy short drive to main beaches. Lusty Glaze beach "next door" was brilliant. Lovely tea shop across from the apartment. Well equipped kitchen, soft towels, comfortable bed, lovely and clean. Would highly recommend and will return next summer to visit Newquay again. Thank you
