The fine print
Only one dog per reservation is allowed (No other pets allowed), the charge is 30GBP per week.Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Please note that to use the pool, bar, restaurant and some other facilities guests must pay for a pass at reception or call Park Dean in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We have stayed in different static vans over the years with the kids. I can hand on heart say that this is our favourite. The property had everything you would need. Spotless. Shower was a great size that we could fit both kids in at the same time! lol The little touches of a card and Easter bunny with chocolate was very thoughtful.

It was a lovely caravan and very spacious and clean. The caravan was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay and it was pitched close enough to the amenities. There was also space for parking which was a bonus and we also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening

We had the most wonderful stay! It was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed, the beds were super comfy.The facilities were brilliant, and the peaceful, quiet location made it even better. A special thank you to Cheryl, who was absolutely fantastic – she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here!
