The fine print
Only one dog per reservation is allowed (No other pets allowed), the charge is 30GBP per week.Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Please note that to use the pool, bar, restaurant and some other facilities guests must pay for a pass at reception or call Park Dean in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The van was very clean had everything you need , The location of the van was perfect for the entertainment, laundrette ,shop swimming and activities. Not far from Newquay and the beaches. Would definitely say again

Everything was perfect Beautiful caravan with everything we needed for our stay, host Cheryl was amazing checking in to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything, easy to get to site was lovely and will definitely be booking again 10/10
