Single room with ensuite suited my needs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with requests made. Kitchen was available for guest use.

Location was perfect opposite bus stop. We had a great sleep in a very comfortable table bed. Bathroom was a bit dated but nothing to moan about.

Fabulous, helpful staff… (eg before we’d even booked in, they happily let us borrow 8 towels so we could go surfing). Breakfast here is the BEST! Clean & well looked after Tesco Express less that 2 min walk away. Easy access to the beaches & town centre from here

Room was very pleasant and comfortable had tea making facilities which is great for your morning cuppa.....didnt have breakfast as we prefer to go out for breakfast then under no time scale.....Blackout curtains total bonus too
