Spotless & had everything you would need & more. Lovely Jack & Jill style bathroom onto the bedroom & lounge. Settee was large & comfy& there was plenty of storage/wardrobe space in the bedroom. Little extras for us on our arrival, milk, fudge sweets & biscuits. Owner was available to contact if needed & responded promptly. Beach directly opposite the block & within walking distance of Newquay town centre. Secure car park with electric gates & an outside shower for surfers to de-sand before entering the building.
