Loved the family room as the rooms were separate. My dad left his phone in the bedroom he was in and staff were very helpful in finding it and keeping it save till we went to pick it up. Thank you.

Should we microwave in room if someone need to make hot something they can do it . Also in shower there is only very hot water no cold water not possible to take shower.
