Sarah is a lovely host of this B&B, really warm and friendly and loves to have a natter making you feel very welcome. Great breakfast served in the morning to start off your day. The property is located within walking distance of the local Lusty Glaze beach, and has various amenities close to hand, such as a Spar store, fish and chip shop, post office etc. Stayed here for 3 nights with the family and our two dogs and it was great.

The room was nice and very clean with everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond to messages too which is always a bonus! Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the TV in the room as well.
