very well equipped, big spacious rooms,clean and everything in good working order, three toilets wonderful and garden perfect for rinsing and drying wetsuits etc. On site parking great also. Beds very comfortable and lots of storage. our family had a very enjoyable stay here.

Just returned from a lovely week. Really enjoyed our stay in ocean heights, such a beautiful house. Very comfy beds and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. Close to beaches and Newquay town centre, which is what we wanted. A folder left on arrival with all information we might need for our stay. Will definitely book again.

good size, really good location and the beds were comfy. milk, coffee/tea & scones & jam were there on arrival which was nice
