Bad: Shower was a bit cold and difficult to use. A bit too hot at night. Heathclub too crowded so felt unpleasant. Having to pay extra for parking. Good: Friendly staff, fun travelling round resort and going to different locations. Liked shopping mall and buzz of the place. Good restaurants and evening entertainment. Enjoyed spa treatment.

Well laid out hotel, with exceptional facilities. A good combination of facilities to suit all the family needs. One of the lifts was out of action during our stay, which did cause long waits for a lift. But this was compensated by excellent customer service.
