Room was nice and view from window was great. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was amazing. Location was great, ease of access and ground were great.

Hotel location is great - just off the M4. Communication from the hotel in advance of our visit was very good. Great that checkin can be done online and digital room keys are issued, avoiding queues. The room was spacious. Lots of leisure activities on offer. Many restaurants to choose from - Pad was superb. Loads of electric car charging points.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room (superior king sized bed room) exceptionally spacious. Quality bedding and mattress. Good storage. Free parking if willing to park at the gold club clubhouse and get shuttle bus or walk back down.

We loved our Celtic manor resort stay. The hotel itself is beautifully situated and we really loved the facilities. The staff were fab, from the lady on front desk to the man on the leisure centre front desk, to the poor man who brought us room service and brought the wrong ice cream flavour so had to fetch another. Everyone made an effort to ensure that they were polite and welcoming. That makes a huge difference. I would absolutely return
