Check in was seamless. The room was spotless quaint and historic. The bed was very comfortable, shower great. I love the added bonus of refrigerator. Angel at the front desk was friendly, informative and helpful. The location is perfect for leaving car and exploring everywhere if you like to walk. Breakfast amazing! Cassandra rocks!

The location was a short distance to all of the attractions. The free trolley stopped in front of the Inn. The breakfast offered 2 hot entrees and continental choices. There is an outdoor place with a lovely garden and a cozy front porch

We were upgraded to a King Room which was upstairs in the back of the building and quiet. The room was spacious enough and well furnished. The hotel was several blocks from the waterfront but within walking distance ( about 10 minutes) to all shops, restaurants and bars. Compared to other hotels in the area it was more reasonably priced that the ones closer to the waterfront and for the price the walk wasn't that bad. We arrived late due to traffic issues and called the hotel to advise them that we would be arriving late and they provided instructions for us and worked out fine. Parked in the back and there was no additional charge for parking which was very nice. The breakfast room was nice and offered a decent selection each day and the breakfast room staff were very friendly and hospitable and I noticed she spoke to everyone and seemed genuinely just very friendly person. All the staff that we interacted with were helpful.
