There was plenty of space for our family of 6. There was one small en-suite shower room, a family bath room and a toilet upstairs next to the bedroom. Also spacious living room kitchen area looking over the river. Liked the differences in decor and the property had character. Location is good for amenities and central to visit all parts of the island.

Jon, the owner, went above and beyond, meeting us from the ferry terminal in Ryde and driving us to the apartment in Newport. He assisted carrying suitcases up- stairs to the apartment and explained how everything worked. We had a mix-up with car hire from Southampton and needed to stay an extra night. Jon responded quickly and accommodated our request without fuss. Jon also drove us back to ferry terminal at the end of our stay. Extremely friendly and helpful. The location is central and enjoyed being so close to the river, coffee shop, supermarket and Newport Town centre.
