Good location for Isle of Wight Festival. The no 9 bus from Ryde took me within 5 minutes walk of property. Host was really easy to deal with and friendly.

Lovely patio doors to air the room; very nice to have the facility to eat outside. Comfortable bed, everything one really needed kitchenwise. Very good shower.
