Property is located on the Newhaven Harbour.The shared kitchen is for tea, coffee and takeout only.Motorbikes and scooters are 5 Pounds per night to park, push bikes are 3 Pounds each or 5 Pounds for 2 bikes to park and electric bikes are £5 eachParents need to provide their own travel cots for their child, for children under 2 years of age.Up to 2 children (up to and including 2 years old) stay for £15 per child per night when using a travel cot provided by the parents, otherwise £25 if using existing single bed.
Single beds provided are pullout chair beds that will already be made up for guests upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Good view of the river estuary and the Dieppe ferry opposite. Close to the fort. Nice walk down to the sea front and mole. Three eating places within five minutes walk.

Very clean and well presented in the bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of facilities on offer in shared property. Owner was nice and explained everything very well. I can see why some would be more than happy with staying here.
