Group bookings - Bookings of 4 plus guests - pre payment is required in full and cancellation charge is 100 % of the stay. We loved the views from the Bistro Bar (where the decor, including Sphinx was amusing), the staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a room with ground floor or lift access and that was quickly arranged.
