Great location - a close walk from the railway station and to the quayside. and town centre. The accommodation was comfortable, spotlessly clean and the kitchenette well equipped. 24hr reception meant that we were able to leave our bags prior to check-in and after checkout. (Lucaz was especially welcoming and helpful - giving us initial directions and helping tuning in the TV.)

The location is excellent and the room was very clean. There was a small kitchenette with a large fridge freezer which were very useful. Complimentary coffee and croissant in the mornings was a nice touch. It was a warm weekend and the air conditioning worked a treat.

The lovely complimentary croissants which were fresh in every morning were delicious and went down a treat. The staff especially Raquel and Vidharshini were fantastic really helpful and always so cheerful and welcoming. I liked how clean everything was in our room and the lovely kitchen area was great. There was a nice roomy bathroom with a great walk in shower. Very comfortable bed and double bed settee.
