When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Starting 6th January 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Great staff at reception and at our very good breakfast. Comfortable room which was upgraded for free. Good location with everywhere walkable in 20 minutes. 5 minutes to the quay.

We were thrilled that we were upgraded to one of the suites with a wonderful view of the Tyne. The complimentary cocktails were very much appreciated too - and delicious! Breakfast options were really good and the quality superb. The location was the main reason for choosing our stay, as being near to the city, and so close to the Quayside, and the fascinating area of the Ouseburn was important to us. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations.
