The bed was very firm and not that comfortable. The towels were very thin, and the shower didn’t drain well so water built up in the bath. The bedroom room could do with a light above the mirror . The breakfast was excellent.

The bedroom was spacious with a very large and comfortable bed. It was nice to have a fridge in the room with bottles of water provided. The friendly receptionist provided us with fresh milk for our tea.

Great location for visiting my daughter in Jesmond . Two minutes from metro walking . City centre close too .
