The fine print
Multiple room bookings, between 4 and 10 rooms, will be classed as a Group Reservation and separate policies and terms and conditions with amended cancellation policy and payment details will apply. You will be contacted by a representative from the Hotel to confirm these details. We do not accept multiple room bookings of more than 10 rooms regardless of the these being booked together or separately. Grey Street Hotel reserve the right to cancel bookings exceeding this limit.
Children aged 12 and over will pay full adult price for breakfast.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything...we've been here before and purposely came back to this hotel because of its location and the fact we knew what we were getting for our money...comfortable, clean, staff were brilliant. On this occasion we didn't have breakfast but we have before and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back again

I had booked through Booking.com which was a mistake because I then couldn’t change the dates of our stay and ended up paying for a room for one night that we did not use.
