The reception lass who checked us in and out was exceptionally polite,friendly,smiling and helpful. The chap we saw also very helpful naturally. Both a credit to themselves and a great asset for Easyhotel. Great site close to quayside,central station,metro and a short walk to centre. Bathroom/shower great although a frosted glass door that didn't close/fit properly, in toilet side was not good.

Nice clean rooms and the rest of the place was also clean. There’s a bus stop just around the corner, where you can catch a bus up the massive hill, into the town.
