We stayed for 1 night, the room was very spacious and clean and gad everything required. Check in was easy. We made use of the spa facilities and both had treatments.

The hotel is amazingly clean and fresh, room was excellent, bed was very spacious and comfortable, the pillows were excellent, bathroom is large and not cramped at all, great access for the metro centre and Newcastle

Bedroom was excellent as was the breakfast. Only let down by my wife's meal at night in the restaurant.
