Breakfast good quality & professional swift service. Location bus stops & shops nearby, pleasant surroundings with pretty flowers outside hotel. Appreciation given to Susan on reception who seems to sort everything required for a welcoming stay.

Room small but cosy; tea/coffee in room. Bed and pillows comfortable. Very quiet - good night's sleep. Opposite a bus stop. Not too far from metro/shops. Piping hot water.

A very comfortable, well maintained hotel. In a very good location which is convenient for local bars, restaurants etc.. The bus in to Newcastle stops right outside. The staff were pleasant and helpful and courteous. A very enjoyable stay. I hope to return very soon.

Location is fine, did not want to stay right in downtown Room, not much to talk about, we booked a family room for 4 for quick stop between Scotland and London. Bed was comfy, bathroom is the most updated portion of the entire room. As it was in a older building, I adjusted my expectation.
