A room on the top floor or at the back of the building can be requested, always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.The hotel reception is through the restaurant at the front of the building. There is also an entrance round the back of the property, through the car park, if you are arriving by car.Please note that parking is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The room was Clean. The bed was very confortable. The little kitchenette allowed us to store Dairy products and fruit. There was a kitchen and laundry on the main floor. Although no air conditioning, we were able to open a window and had a fan. The bathroom was small but adequate. Locations is perfect. We accessed the Metro, bus, and could walk to local food venues and shops. We will book this hotel again.

Very spacious, clean and tidy room. Lovely bathroom. Great location for the Hopping’s funfair and Jesmond park run. Great system with key safe and keys.

Room clean and spacious. Bathroom had great shower and the complimentary shampoo etc was appreciated. Tea and coffee provided in room also nice touch.

The location is brilliant, in the centre of everything and close to the metro. The room was large. The use of a fridge was really good and we managed to get parking.
