Excellent location for access into the town centre. Car safely parked behind locked gates at night.

Michael is a fantastic host and made me,my wife and 2 dogs very welcome. The apartment has everything you need and more for a stay in beautiful Newcastle. Excellent location, just off the main street and private secure parking. The apartment is spotless and is like a home from home.I highly recommend Park Avenue apartment for anyone looking a break away and so close to everything Newcastle has to offer. Will definitely book with Michael again.

Had a lovely short break for 2 nights. Apartment was right behind the main promenade with easy access via security gate. Also, had private parking and security gate. Apartment was very roomy and dog friendly which was a big bonus for us. Michael came and met us and was very friendly explaining where everything was and how to use the security gates etc. Can thoroughly recommend booking this.
