The fine print
The spa and leisure facilities are open weekdays from 9.30am-6.15pm and 8.30am-7.30pm on weekends. Children may use the pool on the first slot in the morning. As a resident in the hotel your stay includes a complimentary 2-hour access of our facilities. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking spa use in advance as these are already proving to be very popular. From prior to arrival at the hotel, we were contacted to ensure that we were happy with our booking and if there was anything they could help us with i.e dinner reservation, Spa bookings or room upgrade. On arrival we were given a warm welcome and offered a glass of wine, shown to our room and everything explained about the room. The restaurant staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and wines and very attentive. Breakfast was included in our stay and very good choice of continental breakfast and hot food cooked to order. Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again.

The room I had was amazing! It exceeded my expectations. Large size, very comfortable bed. I would definitely return. The Staff were extremely pleasant. Nothing was a problem. Super service all of the time.
