Beautiful and comfortable array of soft furnishings, decor and modern log burner provide the luxurious touch. The hosts were very helpful and provided everything you need for that relaxing independent break.

What a gem of a property. Beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner had added lots of extras including luxury toiletries and a lovely welcome pack of food and drink treats. Previous reviews mentioned the uncovered velux windows but we were provided with silk eye masks on arrival which kept out any light. The village was lovely too and it was an excellent base for a visit to Highclere Castle for a couple of Downton Abbey fans!

So homely and lots of extras to make it comfy. Bed very comfortable. Excellent shower. Lovely welcome tray. Beautiful village setting.
