Lovely decorated room, very large and comfortable bed. Location was central and parking was included in the price. Parking was reserved for residents so this was ideal. Lovely big soft bath towels. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Central to Newbury with a barried car park. Made ne feel comfortable leaving my motorcycle in the car park overnight.second time staying here, staff very helpful once again. Newbury is a very pleasant town to visit.
