I rang to say that we would be arriving late. The individual I spoke with was extremely helpful. On arrival the individual on reception was aware of our situation and again extremely helpful. Location is excellent if wanting a hotel just off the M4 at Newbury. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel and great value. We love the swimming pool and spa. The breakfast is very good.

We were attending Reading festival, and there is a 24-hour attendance on the front desk. Luckly, as it took two hours to leave the carpark after the festival. We eventually got to the hotel at 2:00 am and were greeted by the night porter who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good value, breakfast and spa facilities included for a great price. Excellent location for onward travel M4. Nice size beds. Nice staff particularly the tea enthusiast 😊
