The house was very homely and nicely decorated. It was close to shops and walking distance from the beach. There were games to play with the kids. Clean and welcoming. The neighbours were very polite and friendly.

Excellent location right next to the lovely beach and promenade and 15 minutes from Druridge Bay, which is outstanding. Clear instructions for arrival and polite customer service. Didn't bring up the issues below as we were only there for two nights and many similar comments have been mentioned other times by other reviews so not sure in the end if any point mentioning them over the course of a short weekend. Did like the spacious rooms and high ceilings. Traditional Northumberland terrace. Strong WiFi signal. Secure enclosed yard for the dog, but could have done without the fag ends.

Bea's was well appointed...had everything we needed. Great location 2mins on foot to the Beach and the new cafe. Easy access to lots of other lovely places on this coast. Excellent value.
