Tanya was the perfect host for my two sons who travelled a long distance after work to attend a family event the following day. She was flexible with a late check-in and allowed us to leave a car on her driveway before travelling back later in the day. The rooms were immaculate and perfect for a short stay, very close to Newark town centre for restaurants and cafés. Thank you, Tanya, I'm sure we will book again when next in the area.

Visited area before So keep small local business open. Decided this time around, forget large establishments. Certainly be back next year.

It was close to the centre. Easy to find, it had a parking space and was close to a small retail Park.

Very good at any price. Tanya is a great host - friendly, welcoming, knowledgable about the town. Spacious room. Clean, functional facilities, comfy bed. Peaceful location. Nice to sit out in the garden.
